Event Details

The NASA International Space Apps Challenge is the world’s largest annual global hackathon, bringing together innovators, creators, and problem-solvers from around the globe. On October 4–5, 2025, the Space Apps Folsom Hackathon invites participants of all ages, skill levels, and professional backgrounds to collaborate on real-world challenges using NASA’s free and open data.

This two-day event fosters innovation through international teamwork, providing a unique opportunity to explore Earth and space science while connecting with a worldwide community of participants. Whether you’re a student, professional, hobbyist, or simply curious, you’re welcome to contribute your ideas and skills.

The event is free to attend and open to all ages. Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian with authorization.
