Mac is the CEO and co-founder of Streamline, a technology company dedicated to helping local governments and special districts improve transparency, compliance, and community engagement through accessible digital solutions.

Mac is a seasoned entrepreneur who previously founded Digital Deployment, growing it from a college startup into a multimillion-dollar company before its acquisition in 2022. His work is deeply rooted in bridging the digital divide and empowering organizations to better serve their communities.

An active civic leader, Mac has advised on technology and public policy issues at the national level and has been recognized for his leadership, including Sacramento Business Journal’s “40 Under 40” and UC Davis Graduate School of Management’s “Rising Star” award.
